Agreement and Acceptable Store Use

As a practical matter, these Terms apply to the gcioutdoor storefront. Visiting the site or submitting an order signifies agreement to these Terms and the policies linked in the footer. Store services must be used lawfully and without disrupting security, access restrictions, or another buyer.

Catalog Information and Order Decisions

For customer reference, we work to display accurate descriptions, images, variants, availability, and prices. Screens can represent color differently, and measurements may have reasonable variation. The storefront can correct errors, restrict quantities, reject unlawful or fraudulent activity, or cancel an order affected by unavailability or a material pricing or listing mistake.

USD Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Under this policy, all prices and transactions use USD. Taxes are collected as applicable law directs. Checkout may present Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover; the options actually displayed during checkout govern the order.

Delivery, Cancellation, Returns, and Credits

For clarity, orders are delivered only in the United States with free standard shipping. Usual handling takes 1-2 business days, followed by estimated carrier transit of 4-6 business days.

As a practical matter, cancellation is available before dispatch. After dispatch, the Refund Policy applies. Buyers have 30 days after delivery to request a reason-free return or exchange; approved return shipping is paid by the storefront, and approved refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval.

Content, External Services, and Legal Limits

For customer reference, applicable intellectual-property laws protect storefront design, wording, imagery, and marks. Content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, while third-party links and services remain subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

Under this policy, to the maximum extent the law allows, services are offered as available and liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses is limited. This clause does not restrict a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
